second-grade student was the first to dial 911 when another student
began shooting at her school in Wisconsin, resulting in the deaths of
two individuals and injuries to six others.

incident at a private Christian school in Madison, Wisconsin, resulted
in the deaths of a teacher and a teenage student on Monday, according to
police reports.
During a press conference on Monday evening,
Madison Police Chief Shon Barnes announced that the shooter was
identified as 15-year-old Natalie Rupnow, who was known by the name
Samantha. "She was enrolled at the school, and evidence indicates that
she succumbed to a self-inflicted gunshot wound," he stated.
Chief
Barnes further noted that Rupnow's parents were cooperating with
investigators, and the motive behind the shooting remains undetermined.
Six
additional individuals sustained injuries in the shooting, as reported
by Barnes. Two students are currently in critical condition, facing
life-threatening injuries.
President Biden has been informed
about the incident, and senior officials from the White House are in
communication with local authorities in Madison to offer necessary
assistance, according to a report from the press pool.
